Shipping Policy

Due to the impact of COVID-19, shipping carriers are not able to guarantee delivery dates at this time. Please note that shipping fees will not be reimbursed if your order does not arrive in the projected delivery window.
Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.
Sauvage White ships Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. Total cost for shipping and handling will be provided at checkout.
Your order will be assigned a tracking number to help you tracked your package. You will also receive an email notification that your order has shipped along with your tracking number.
If you would like Expedited and Express delivery, place orders before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday for best chance to ship same business day.

Since shipping is a service provided by the carriers, therefore, Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable.

Charges include order processing, item selection, packaging, and transportation.

Expedited and Express delivery options are not available for Shipping to P.O. Boxes address, Canada, and Military APO/FPO​
